In 1955, the makers of Tappan® revolutionized the way the world cooked with the introduction of the first microwave oven for home use retailing for about $1,200. Ten years later, they introduced a Tappan® deluxe 30" wide cooking center, creating the first conventional range and microwave available as a single unit.

Tappan® spacesaver microwave ovens and Tappan® spacesaver dishwashers are built with the same convenient features that the boater or RV'er are familiar with in home usage. They will be offered in a variety of sizes and colors catered to the recreational industry.
